    Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy Development:
      Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • Brand Management:
      Strengthen the brand presence across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals.
    • Campaign Management:
      Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, to maximize ROI.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
      Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
    • Digital Marketing:
      Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns to generate leads and enhance online presence.
    • Collaboration with Sales Teams:
      Work closely with the sales team to create promotional materials, sales tools, and targeted strategies to support business objectives.
    • Content Creation:
      Oversee the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters to drive customer engagement and retention.
    • Performance Tracking:
      Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize based on insights.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Creative thinker with analytical abilities to interpret data and trends.
    • Proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools like CRM, social media schedulers, and email marketing software.

    Preferred Qualifications
